Tree of Light

The Tree of Light provides the opportunity for local residents to remember a loved one at Christmas whilst at the same time raising money for charity.  For a minimum donation of £5 you can give a brief tribute to your loved one and this will be displayed in Hartwells in Bourton-on-the-Water, Badham Pharmacy in Stow, a shop in Moreton and on the North Cotswolds Rotary website.  

To remember your loved one please download and complete the form.  Send your completed form by post to North Cotswold Tree of Light c/o Rotarian Roger Formby, The Americky, Condicote, Cheltenham, GL54 1ES or email it to rogerformby@icloud.com.  You can post your donation to Roger Formby or you can pay on-line via BACS (details are included on the form).
